An engineer at heart, he brings 20+ years of global experience from Apple and Qualcomm, he combines deep technical expertise with grassroots insight to reshape the future of MSME lending. Sanjini has decades of software experience working from companies like Kyocera, Qualcomm, and STMicro. She holds a master's degree in computer science from Virginia Tech. As director she is committed about building the organisation with a strong sense of social purpose and long-term impact. Sanjini is passionate about eco-friendliness and loves reading books.

Gautam has 26+ years experience across Banking, NBFCs, and Public Infrastructure, he blends sharp business acumen with strong people leadership. He has led teams at Citibank, ING Vysya, Spandana, IDFC FIRST Bank, and DCB Bank, bringing insights from Indian, multinational, and family-run institutions. A management postgraduate with multiple certifications, he is known for building high-performance teams—and as an avid runner, carries the same discipline and focus into every role.
